    Job Description

    Support Customer Success and Systems Engineering teams in ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective system operations for the RideCare product line. This role focuses on monitoring field data, providing actionable insights, and supporting customer onboarding processes and operational improvements. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions are at the forefront.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze field and customer data to provide insights, trends, and recommendations to the team.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success, and Field Operations team(s) to help onboard new customers and provide support during early adoption phases.
    • Support the Systems Engineering team with system evaluations and performance tracking of devices in the field
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and summaries to present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.
    • Assist in defining and tracking system-level KPIs and metrics for customer satisfaction and system performance.
    • Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis to improve organizational knowledge sharing.

    • Currently enrolled in a program for Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of two semesters completed and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Basic understanding of data analytics principles and experience working with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau (or similar platforms).
    • Exposure to scripting languages like Python or SQL is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) to effectively interact with global team members as well as customers.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Passion for solving problems, working with data, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

    Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
