    Job Summary

    The Data Architect/Analyst is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing a robust data warehouse to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role ensures seamless integration and reporting across existing and new subledger systems (EHR, Billing, HCM) and the general ledger (Accounting System). The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility while adhering to organizational objectives and compliance standards. The position is also tasked with developing and delivering regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) to meet organizational needs and compliance standards.

    Primarily office-based with the possibility of occasional remote work opportunities.

    Design and Management

    • Create and maintain a scalable, secure, and efficient data warehouse architecture.
    • Establish data governance protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.

    Integration and Development

    • Develop and manage integrations between the data warehouse and subledger systems (EHR, Billing, HCM).
    • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align data structures with the general ledger system.
    • Optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data synchronization and performance.

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic planning, operational planning, and compliance.
    • Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards as needed.
    • Develop dashboards and visualization tools for data-driven decision-making.
    • Create visualization tools using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment with financial and administrative goals.

    Collaboration and Support

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure system compatibility.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on data access and reporting tools.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend system improvements.

    Other Duties

    • Performs additional duties, as directed by management.
    • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but collaborates with team members across departments to guide data-related projects and processes.

    Qualifications, Experience and Education

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or other related field. Master’s degree preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data analytics, or related roles and equivalent experience.

    Required Knowledge & Skills:

    • Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL Structured Query Language).
    • Strong proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making
    • Expertise in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and processes.
    • Knowledge of EHR (Electronic Health Record), HCM (Human Capital Management), and accounting systems integrations.
    • Experience with AI Technology, including building and testing AI prompts, and working with HIPAA-compliant major models like GPT (Generative Pre-training Transformer) and platforms like CoPilot-preferred.
    • Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing)-preferred.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
