    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

    Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP)

    Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant

    Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant

    1. Microsoft Power Platform Certifications

    Microsoft’s Power Platform, including tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

    Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

    Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate

    Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

    Minimum Qualifications

    4+ years in Azure Synapse Analytics and managing Dedicated SQL Pools, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Managed Instance.

    5+ years in T-SQL development, including stored procedures, error handling, and optimization.

    4+ years of experience in data architecture design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

    3+ years in data governance, compliance, and integration principles.

    3+ years of experience in integrating data from various sources and managing large data pipelines.

    2+ years Proficiency in cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure.

    1+ years of Experience with programming languages such as Python or Scala.

    1+ years of experience in Salesforce, Message MQ, and MuleSoft

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.

    Ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient data architectures.

    Ability to provide excellent customer support; meticulous quality of work and work product

    Preferred Qualifications

    Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or MS Power Platform.

    Experience with tools like Salesforce, Message MQ, and MuleSoft.

    Specific skill set required

    Expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.

    Advanced skills in ETL processes and database optimization.

    Strong knowledge of data security, regulatory compliance, and governance.

    Proficiency in Python or Scala (preferred for automation and scripting).
