    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Architect/System Integrator to join our team. In this role, you will be hands-on and lead a time to drive digital transformation and innovation. Enhancement of our existing data systems is paramount. To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Python, Azure cloud services (or equivalent), SSMS, SQL, Databricks, ETLs, APIs, SFTPs, database management, and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.

    The Data Architect/System Integrator will be required to work cross-functionally with various company departments to ensure the vision and strategies implemented to improve the functionality of all departments. Responsibility also includes improving and verifying data accuracy to enable the organization to achieve its financial and operational goals on an annual basis, along with developing and implementing integration strategies, engineering, and platforms to facilitate efficient and secure data exchange and workflow across systems.

    The successful candidate is responsible for the digital revolution of the Company, which includes hiring and managing a team that would deliver on Company timelines related to system improvements and working with various external vendors to determine if the existing systems are the best solution or if changes need to be made to improve efficiency across the organization.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration.

    Proficient with database management and analytic tools and languages supporting data analysis and reporting - R, Python, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Excel.

    Proven track record of working with cloud technologies for ETL data management such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, AWS EC2, or similar.

    Experience with backend infrastructure and how to Engineer data pipelines.

    Expertise in leading enterprise-level systems integration projects, with a demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation.

    Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

    Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.

    Proven track record of creating visualizations in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making.

    Commitment to professional development and continuous learning, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

    Additional Information:

    The Data Architect/System Integrator will also be responsible for strategic leadership, setting the long-term vision for systems integration, and guiding the team toward achieving organizational goals. This role entails managing change within the organization and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive successful integration initiatives. Plays a key role in ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the integration process.
