Job Type: 1099 Contractor Role/ Full-Time ** for a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension.**

Job Summary:

The Data Center Laborer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the data center. This role involves physical tasks such as operating machinery, maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate various hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, and other tools as directed by management and assist techs and technicians as needed.
• Clean and prepare work areas as needed, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
• Report incidents immediately to the safety director, foreman, or HR following the company's incident reporting procedures.
• Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.
• Plumbing experience is a must.
