Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry/Admin Representative with strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong multitasking abilities, and excels in providing support across various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform accurate data entry and manage data records efficiently
- Provide accurate information and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Provide support to other team members and departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage multiple calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable follow-through on projects with attention to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills to address administrative issues
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, especially with data input
