    As a Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative, you’ll be essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This role provides the ideal mix of independent responsibilities and teamwork within a dynamic and supportive environment.

     

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Entry:
      • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems
      • Verify and review data to ensure its integrity and consistency
      • Assist with generating reports and preparing data for analysis
    • Customer Service:
      • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional responses
      • Resolve customer issues with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
      • Provide information about products, services, and company policies
      • Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement

    What We’re Looking For:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
    • Strong typing skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
    • A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
