  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Coordinator to support our team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across multiple systems and databases. The ideal candidate is a fast and precise typist with a keen eye for detail and the discretion to manage sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality.

    Responsibilities

    • Enter and update data accurately into internal databases and systems

    • Review data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies

    • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and verifications

    • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

    • Generate reports and summaries based on collected data

    • Communicate with internal departments to clarify information as needed

    • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required
    • Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas and deadlines

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus

    • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role

    • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

    • Familiarity with data entry software and database systems

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
