    • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding project status updates, billing inquiries, and general information about our services.
    • Collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
    • Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
    • Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive client information.
