    Responsibilities

    • Enter and update customer and property information in internal databases

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes

    • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy

    • Follow company policies and procedures for handling confidential information

    • 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support
