Your Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems
- Verify and review data to ensure its integrity and consistency
- Assist with generating reports and preparing data for analysis
- Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional responses
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
