We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, inputting and updating data into our systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Accurately input and update data into the company’s database
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving basic service-related issues
Process orders, forms, and applications as needed
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues or requests are resolved in a timely manner
Perform general office duties such as filing and organizing customer documentation
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service or data entry preferred
