    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Entry : Accurately input, update, and maintain client and business information in company databases.
    • Customer Support : Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
    • Problem Solving : Resolve client issues by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
    • Record Management : Organize and maintain files and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
    • Order Processing : Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-up to meet client expectations.
    • Reporting : Generate reports on data and customer interactions as needed.
