About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Orleans, LA. This dual-function role combines accurate data management with exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry : Accurately input, update, and maintain client and business information in company databases.
• Customer Support : Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
• Problem Solving : Resolve client issues by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
• Record Management : Organize and maintain files and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Order Processing : Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-up to meet client expectations.
• Reporting : Generate reports on data and customer interactions as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
