    Job Description

    The Sales Operations Data Specialist is responsible for managing and entering data through a sales operations support caseload. They work closely with IDIQ sales verticals (departments) and the Business Customer Success team. This position reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager or their assigned supervisor. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Data Entry - Input and modify existing IDIQ data as assigned such as information impacting business partner sales commissions, contact information and other proprietary or sensitive information.
    • Client Satisfaction – The direct clients of the sales operation data specialist are IDIQ sales verticals (departments) and the Business Customer Success team. Key performance indicators for client satisfaction include case management response time and the accuracy of data entry.
    • Collaboration – This position will work closely with employees from IDIQ sales verticals, the Business Customer Success team and others within their department.
    • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in a customer type support role and/or data entry role.
    • Experience using CRM-type applications such as Zoho CRM.
    • Above average skills with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Skill and Experience

    • Strong telephonic and electronic communication skills and etiquette.
    • Willingness to learn, respond to coaching, and adapt to sales process
    • Strong customer-focused mindset
    • Established track record of reliability and good attendance.
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional skills with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask with a high volume of tasks
    • High level of organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.

    Additional Information

    Position Details: This is a full-time, hourly position (40 hours/week).

    Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $18.00 to a maximum of $22.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The employee is regularly required to push, or otherwise move up to 10-30lbs of various equipment. Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work operating a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about at an assigned work desk area.
