Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Data Entry Technician to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of information within our healthcare food and meal management software platform. This role also involves onboarding new clients by managing ticketing systems and entering resident preference data. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in healthcare or food service who are passionate about enhancing patient care through efficient meal management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain patient-specific dietary preferences, restrictions, and meal orders in our system.

Collaborate with operations and dietary teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Review and verify incoming data for completeness and correctness, making necessary adjustments.

Assist with meal planning and preparation coordination by ensuring all dietary information is up-to-date.

Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or address data entry issues.

Support the development and implementation of data entry protocols and best practices.

Generate reports and summaries as needed by management.

Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company data security policies while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Experience: Background in healthcare or food service is required.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in data entry, with knowledge of healthcare or meal management software a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of dietary requirements and restrictions is a bonus.

Other: Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security protocols is an asset.
