Overview:

We, at Sara Software Systems are seeking an experienced Data Modeler/. This role requires strong expertise in data modeling, XML, XML Schema, and JSON to structure and organize data effectively for digital submission formats. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to model data, design schemas, and contribute to transitioning traditional paper-based forms into efficient, electronic submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data models for the electronic submission of forms, supporting business requirements and ensuring data consistency and integrity.

Design, develop, and maintain XML and JSON schemas to enable digital submission.

Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and offer best practices for XML, XML Schema, and JSON structures.

Assist in the conversion and validation of existing data into XML/JSON formats.

Ensure compliance with data standards, maintaining high-quality documentation of data models and schemas.

Contribute to the testing and troubleshooting of data structures for submission accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in data modeling, XML, XML Schema, and JSON development.

Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing complex data models for business applications.

Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting XML and JSON schemas for digital data submission.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently to meet project deadlines.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data submissions is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with digital transformation projects or transitioning data to electronic formats.

Experience in submitting profiles for and obtaining security clearances.
