We are seeking a DSR to join our team that possesses a strong eye for detail and an ability to comprehensively review contracts with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Able to interpret tariffs and/or pricing agreements, and contracts for all modes of transportation
• Ability to read the NMFC Guide and apply correct freight class to all commodities
• Possess knowledge of how to apply the linear foot rule
• Able to apply the bumping rule
• Able to interpret rates and apply the lowest applicable freight rate/cost
• Knowledge of FSC charges based on pricing vs. DOE published scales
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• High school degree or 1+ year(s) freight/logistics experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational aptitude

Preferences:

• Logistics experience preferred
• Understanding of FreitRater, rates, contracts and audit process
