Job Description
To support its growth, Sia is recruiting a Data Science Manager with strong expertise in marketing, client, and product challenges. You will join the global Data Science capability at Sia, consisting of 300+ Data Scientists located across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be part of the growing US Data Science team, focusing on marketing analytics for various sectors including luxury, energy, FMCG, banking, and insurance.

Qualifications
- Data Science Expertise: Proven experience in applying data science solutions to marketing problems, particularly in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and personalized marketing.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, R, SQL, cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Communication: Excellent skills to convey complex technical information in simple terms to various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion within tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing challenges and familiarity with sectors such as luxury, FMCG, energy, banking, and insurance.

California Compensation Info:
California compensation for this role is between $165,000 per year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
