    POSITION OBJECTIVES

    **** 1. Establish New Data Engineering Practices
    Develop and implement robust data engineering frameworks and best practices
    tailored to fraud analytics.
    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and
    regulations. **

    2. Support Data Analysts and Data Scientists**
    Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand their data needs and
    provide the necessary infrastructure and tools.
    Facilitate seamless data access and integration from various sources to support
    advanced analytics and machine learning models. **

    3. Enhance Fraud Detection Capabilities**
    Design and build scalable data pipelines to process and analyze large volumes of
    transactional data in real-time.
    Implement machine learning models and AI tools to identify and mitigate fraudulent
    activities effectively. **

    4. Optimize Data Storage and Retrieval**
    Develop efficient data storage solutions that support quick retrieval and analysis of
    historical and real-time data.
    Optimize database performance to handle large-scale data operations without
    compromising speed or accuracy.

    5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
    Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering and fraud analytics
    technologies.
    Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement
    innovative solutions to enhance fraud detection and prevention. **

    6. Training and Knowledge Sharing**
    Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on new data
    engineering practices and tools.

    Share knowledge and best practices within the team to foster a culture of continuous
    learning and improvement.

    reliable data pipelines to support data integration efforts. Skill in Python and SQL. Experience with Databricks on Azure preferred.
