About the Role

We seek a Data Engineer to design and maintain the data systems that power our generative AI platform. You'll build scalable pipelines, manage large datasets, and work closely with the team to support AI-driven solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Implement Advanced AI Solutions:

• Architect and develop end-to-end LLM applications using state-of-the-art models.
• Create robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems integrated with knowledge graphs and document processing.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize workflows for efficient data integration.
• Design intelligent automation solutions with measurable business impact.
• Build evaluation frameworks to quantify solution effectiveness.

Drive Technical Innovation:

• Research and implement advanced techniques, including chain-of-thought reasoning, agents, and custom RAG architectures.
• Develop parallelized processing pipelines for large-scale data handling.
• Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development.
• Optimize solutions for cost, performance, and reliability in production environments.

Lead Solution Deployment:

• Own complete solution development from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI applications.
• Develop technical documentation and implementation guides for cross-functional teams.

Collaborate and Mentor:

• Partner with AI/ML engineers and domain experts to model complex business processes.
• Present technical solutions and results to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor team members on best practices for AI and data engineering.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI libraries.
• Proven experience in production-ready code development, version control (Git), and scalable infrastructure design.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact through AI and data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLM applications, RAG implementations, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and real-time analytics.
• Background in NLP or computational linguistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows, model deployment, and AI-driven application scaling.
