Shaker Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Data Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the performance of our clients' paid media investments by providing strategic and actionable insights. As a client-facing professional, you will collaborate with media and account teams, utilizing data to drive advertising campaign effectiveness and exceed established goals and KPIs.

• Reveal strategic insights by analyzing data, offering recommendations, and assessing campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with media teams to monitor and maintain performance against established KPIs, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
• Work closely with the client service team to present data insights to clients, continuously optimizing strategies.
• Document client goals and provide solutions that measure performance, offering thought leadership and strategic guidance.
• Strategically guide media investments for maximum return on investment.
• Provide thought leadership within the team, guiding less experienced members and partners towards desired solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
• Create/contribute to PowerPoint presentations.
• Partner with Client, Media and Ad Ops to ensure accurate data collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional media buying/planning experience.
• Familiarity with the digital media industry – recruitment marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using data to drive media optimizations and develop marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
• Experience making data accessible through visualizations.
• High degree of comfort working with data in tools like Excel.
• Ability and willingness to learn Tableau data visualization software.

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
