POSITION SUMMARY
The focus of this position is to oversee all project management for our Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including in-person delivery and data collection. This position will lead client kick-off calls, manage scheduling, collect rosters and ensure exceptional client service. This role is also responsible for synthesizing and analyzing data gathered during these initiatives, delivering actionable insights that drive client success. This position will own all the OD-related technology, ensuring seamless operations and innovative problem-solving to support both internal and external clients. This role will collaborate cross-functionally and engage with all members of the ADVISA Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and Coordination [40%]
- Overseeing OD project timelines, deliverables, and communications
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the OD practice to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services
- Review statements of work and work directly with internal + external stakeholders to ensure completion of agreed-upon work
- Managing pieces of work from signed contract to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Leading kick-off calls and serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics
- Collecting rosters and interfacing with clients to ensure all necessary information is gathered accurately and on time
- Following up with the internal teams and clients as needed to maintain momentum and resolve issues
- Problem-solving to address challenges and proactively managing risk to deliver seamless project execution
- Proofreading content, reports and other artifacts for quality assurance
- Ensuring effective coordination between internal stakeholders and clients to uphold our “white glove” service standard
Data Analysis and Collection [30%]
- Own the collection process of gathering organizational data for our clients
- Synthesizing and analyzing data collected during D+D, focus groups, and engagement efforts
- Providing clear instructions and support to clients to maximize response rates and quality data
- Monitoring data collection progress and proactively following up with clients to ensure high completion rates
- Troubleshooting issues related to data collection tools or client access to ensure smooth participation
- Managing data integrity and accuracy, ensuring all collected information meets quality standards
- Collaborating with the team to interpret data findings and integrate them into tailored client solutions
- Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to inform decision-making and enhance client outcomes
- Design processes that are easy to execute, track and adapt as the practice grows
- Ensure scalability of operations by standardizing practices and integrating technology or automation where appropriate
Technology Ownership and Problem Solving [20%]
- Managing and maintaining OD-related technology tools and platforms, ensuring their optimal functionality
- Serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating challenges for internal and external clients
- Developing and updating user guides, FAQs, and support documentation to enhance technology usability
- Collaborate with external support teams (e.g., 15Five, Predictive Index) to address client-facing technical challenges efficiently
- Owning the relationship with vendors and the outcomes for clients
- Coordinate with strategic partners to align on technical needs and client requirements, ensuring consistency and clarity
- Exploring and recommending new technologies that align with organizational development goals and client needs
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with vendor support teams to streamline issue resolution and foster collaboration
A-Team [10%]
- Participate in team initiatives; examples include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with colleagues to maximize opportunities to improve and grow
- Weekly Project Specialist alignment meetings
- Cross-training and providing back up/overflow for project management in other functional areas
- Monthly A-Team Zoom meetings
- Mid-year and annual meetings
