_****POSITION OBJECTIVES
******1. Application Function Analysis:**
Conduct thorough analysis of application functions to ensure optimal performance
and identify areas for improvement.
Regularly review and assess data processing workflows to maintain efficiency and
accuracy. **
2. Data Correction and Resolution:**
Identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure the integrity and reliability of
agency services.
Implement corrective measures promptly to address any data-related issues that may
arise. **
3. Application Maintenance and Development:**
Edit and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
Develop new software solutions to address emerging needs and challenges within the
agency. **
4. Support Documentation Creation:**
Create comprehensive support documentation for both new and existing software
applications.
Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously
improve application support processes.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding and
use of applications.
