  • Responsibilities

    This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

    Required Experience:

    • 84 Months of experience in System Development Life Cycle and requirements gathering, application design, coding, and testing.
    • 84 Months of experience in database design, data modeling, data hosting, data warehouse management, data integration, and data analysis.
    • 84 Months of experience in a .net, Oracle, and SQL Server environments, SQL tuning, monitoring databases; ensuring data integrity, and security.
    • 84 Months of experience writing complex SQL against Oracle and SQL Server databases against Medicaid Data Warehouse claims.
    • 60 Months of experience in Content Management Systems with an emphasis on Docushare.
    • 48 Months of experience developing and supporting Medicaid Providers/Recipients Audits and Investigations-related case management software and modules for a federal or state agency, in a Microsoft .Net/C# platform and Oracle back-end environment.
    • Microsoft Certified System Developer (MSCSD), Oracle and SQL Server certified DBA.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
