Dave & Adam's Card World launched in 1991 when two friends opened a small card store in Buffalo, NY. Through passion, dedication, and extensive industry knowledge, Dave & Adam's has grown into one of the world's foremost leaders in online trading card and sports memorabilia sales. Headquartered in Tonawanda, NY, Dave & Adam's now employs over 80 people and includes a Buffalo-area retail store in addition to our e-commerce site at dacardworld.com.

Dave & Adam's serves our customers through our e-commerce platform on dacardworld.com, where we ship all across the world from our warehouse in Tonawanda, NY. Dave & Adam's also proudly boasts one of the largest hobby shops in the country in our 42,000 square foot retail stone on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville, NY. Our open office setup and casual dress policy helps create a fun, fast-paced environment that fosters great opportunity for every employee. We are lucky to employ a dedicated core who have called Dave & Adam's home for many years. We are currently looking to add a sales/customer service employee to our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for direct sales of trading cards and collectibles into new and existing online customers
• Professional sales knowledge
• Knowledge of the card & collectibles marketplace
• Excellent communication skills
• Upbeat/positive attitude
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands
• Able to work Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
