POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Human Resources Recruiter
PURPOSE: This position provides general support to the Human Resources Department with a specific focus on recruitment
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Utilize ADP Workforce and other HR systems to update candidate status
- Pre-qualify candidates on the phone and by email
- Maintain ATS and data tracking for job candidates
- Conduct phone interviews
- Schedule virtual and in person interviews
- Follow-up with candidates post interview
- Create and maintain electronic filing
- Complete employment verifications
- Schedule pre-employment testing and screenings
- Work with staff members on pre-hiring process
- Attend virtual and onsite hiring events
- Work with HR Team to plan hiring events
- Assist in HR orientation and onboarding
- Provide hiring data to HR Manager
- Track signing bonus payout
- Collaborate with other HR Team members on successful event planning
- In addition to other HR Generalist duties
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of employees
- Understand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
- Possess excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Maintain confidentiality
RECOMMENDED PREPARATION FOR EMPLOYMENT:
- B.A. or A.A degree and prior recruiting experience is preferred.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and HR Information systems
- Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, including ADA, EEOC, FLSA, DOL, WC is helpful.
- Possess valid driver license
