We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Day Porter. Day porters travel by company vehicle to multiple job sites throughout the shift. The duties include policing for trash and debris, light-duty maintenance tasks, and other cleaning responsibilities. This is a FULL TIME position with overtime opportunities and this position is year-round.

Starting pay $16.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Job requirements include:

• Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record( minimum of 3 years driving experience)
• Valid DOT physical is required ( must obtain after 2nd paycheck)
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested and this also includes Marijuana)
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Ability to utilize email and navigate various apps and web based programs to track services performed
• Prefer: basic mechanical knowledge and equipment troubleshooting ability

Job duties:

• Report to office in Fenton everyday
• Safely drive company pick-up truck.
• Perform cleaning tasks and policing for trash.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored, perform oil checks, submit issues to maintenance department.
• Report job site issues and opportunities for the customer
