    Qualifications:

    We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who is energetic, creative, driven, goal-oriented, and previous childcare management experience.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as management in a licensed childcare facility

    Maintains CPR and First Aid certifications

    Knowledge of Minimum Standards

    Highly professional and dependable, good attendance is a must

    Must be highly motivated and driven to accomplish tasks as assigned Spreadsheet Excel and great with computer programs

    Responsibilities:

    As an Administrative Assistant , you will partner with the Assistant Director and Center Director in effectively operating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations

    Oversee paperwork, filing systems, answering incoming phone calls, organizing documents, assisting in center growth and planning, and more.
