Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Assistant Teacher to join our home daycare team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. Job Shifts Openings (1) Monday-Friday: 1pm - 5:40pm

Responsibilities

Maintain communication on Brightwheel with families and staff of children's day

Design a daily and weekly activities that are developmentally appropriate

Prepare and serve snacks and meals

Provide basic care and caregiving activities

Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Weekly disinfecting and daily cleaning house after children use

Annual training 20 hours continuing education

Qualifications

Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified (prefer)
