Responsibilities:

Work with Lead Teachers to help implement Montessori education in a safe, healthy and nurturing classroom environment

Follow planned activities that are developmentally appropriate

Follow daily and weekly schedule

Provide basic care and caregiving activities

Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones

Ability to build bond with children

Excellent communication and the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified
