Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: • Develop and manage the preschool/daycare budget • Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations • Manage enrollment processes and waitlists • Maintain facility upkeep and safety Educational Oversight: • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum • Monitor teaching practices and ensure quality educational experiences • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff Child and Family relations: • Foster open and effective communication with parents • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program • Resolve conflicts between parents, staff, or children Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education administration • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
