Job Opportunity: Lead Toddler Teacher

Are you passionate about early childhood education and nurturing young minds? Our vibrant preschool is looking for an experienced, caring, and dynamic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children aged 18-24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment

Observe and assess the developmental progress of each child

Maintain open communication with parents and provide updates on their child's growth and development

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and effective classroom environment

Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required

Experience working with toddlers in a preschool or daycare setting

Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
