Primarily responsible for providing security and safety for all our guests, team members, and the resort. Is familiar with and complies with the resort’s standards and procedures. Responsibilities: • Manages & monitors the security team’s day-to-day operations • Manage 10-12 security guards, including scheduling, job duties • Monitor and ensure all CCTV cameras functional • Respond to guest requests • Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR, must be CPR certified • Responsible for Safety Committee, holding meetings on a regular basis Qualifications: • Security background required • Former police officer a plus • CPR certification required • Attention to detail • Computer expertise • Ability to work with CCTV cameras • Personable, must work with guests and employees alike Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
