    Job Description

    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a organized, detailed oriented and customer focused individual to join our team as a Dealer Service Coordinator in our Broomfield, CO office.

    The Dealer Service Coordinator will develop strong long-term partnerships with our dealers and work closely with our sales team to build brand loyalty and trust, resulting in revenue growth. This position keenly interact with retailers at all levels providing best-in-class product knowledge, support, and follow through. Additionally, they will regularly communicate and interact with our internal Sales & Operations teams. This position will ensure a flow of relevant sales and customer information, so that the company can meet and exceed our customer’s needs and our internal company goals.

    They should be proficient in order entry, order management systems (ERP/CRM), and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and possess strong problem-solving abilities, all with a passion for outdoor gear. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Ensure excellent communication with dealer accounts, promptly addressing their inquiries, proactively meeting retail needs in unforeseen situations, and maintaining a professional relationship, achieving set communication replies
    • Answer and direct incoming company phone calls while accommodating customer needs while keeping the company’s best interest in mind.
    • Develop positive account relationships and gain an intimate knowledge of customer accounts to ensure that we exceed expectations as relating to any regular operations processes and communication.
    • Generate Service Calls to ensure proper handling customer/ retailer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Analyze reports to identify and proactively engage with independent retail customers to ‘make a sale’ and grow the business.
    • Oversees open orders, tracking fulfillment rates and statuses to facilitate communication and decision-making across departments.
    • Efficiently manage and vet Point of Purchase orders for retailers, ensuring accurate placement through collaboration with Sales teams.
    • Timely and accurate processing of sales orders, returns, and service calls.
    • Demonstrates familiarity with Sea to Summit's main competitors and their products, understanding how and why Sea to Summit differs.
    • Demonstrate “nimbility” by providing cross-functional support as needed.
    • Work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals, along with other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in customer service role/and or inside sales experience
    • Flexible and adaptable when facing changing priorities in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis i.e. (phone calls, emails, order entry).
    • Aptitude for learning, understanding and retaining technical product information
    • Willingness to share skills and knowledge while effectively giving and receiving feedback
    • Possess strong organizational skills and be highly detail oriented with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks
    • Possess a friendly and positive attitude

    Additional Information

    This is a full-time office-based position (2 remote work days); located in Broomfield, Colorado. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match, EAPs, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, wellness stipend, gear allowance, and some other great perks. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.
