Responsibilities: • Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships • Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems • Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs • Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction • Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or GED • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus Compensation: $30 - $45 hourly
