    The Dealership Concierge provides an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with their needs, helping them navigate the dealership, and ensuring seamless interaction with staff throughout the service process. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach to create lasting impressions and positive relationships. Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and offer assistance with their needs, such as providing beverages and snacks. • Answer questions and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. • Direct customers to appropriate departments (sales, service, finance) or staff members. • Maintain a welcoming and organized environment in the dealership’s waiting area. • Assist in scheduling ride service for customers. • Ensure customers are updated about the status of their vehicle service. • Coordinate between customers and service departments to ensure timely and efficient services. • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm, professional manner and communicate complaint to appropriate manager. • Maintain beverage and snacks areas ensuring they are well stocked, clean and organized. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dealership or retail setting. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic knowledge of automotive services and the dealership process is a plus. • Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Ability to lift up to 15lbs pounds occasionally. Work Schedule: • Flexible schedule based on dealership hours, including holidays and weekends. Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
