Responsibilities: • Process vehicle title work with DMV both in person and remotely • Support the administration team by handling accounts payable and deal processing • Maintain meticulous organization and filing of paperwork • Collaborate with the Office Manager and various teams as needed • Keep a comprehensive record of outstanding title work and diligently follow up on missing information or issues Qualifications: • Previous job experience working with vehicle TITLES required • Strong focus on detail and accuracy is essential for this role • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities are necessary • Proficiency in computer skills for tasks such as scanning, sending title work, spreadsheet management, and financial data processing is a must • Capable of maintaining positive and professional relationships with customers, service providers, vendors, and team members • Must possess a valid driver's license Compensation: $40,000 - 45,000 yearly
