Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM Qualifications: • Technology driven • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Top-notch time management and organization skills • Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain (We can help!) • Familiar with the Northern Virginia area (preferred) • Grit, determination, and a great team player • Ability to build meaningful connections quickly Compensation: $80,000 - $180,000 + yearly
