Are you a skilled negotiator with a passion for helping people resolve their debts? We’re looking for 3rd Party Collection Agents to join our dynamic and growing team—remotely!

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Debt Collections.

Proficient in consumer communications via email and outbound calls.

Technical Requirements:

Reliable Computer:

A desktop with up-to-date hardware and operating system (Windows or macOS).

Sufficient processing power to handle multiple applications simultaneously.

High-Speed Internet:

A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps to ensure clear voice calls and smooth internet browsing.

Headset with Microphone:

A high-quality USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone for clear communication during calls.

Dual Monitors (Recommended):

Two monitors to efficiently manage multiple tasks such as reviewing account details, communicating with consumers, and maintaining records simultaneously.

Secure Workspace:

A private, quiet space free from distractions to maintain professionalism during calls.

Compliance with data protection regulations by ensuring a secure workspace for handling sensitive information.

Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FDCPA and Reg F regulations.

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage with consumers.

Analyze account details, educate consumers on payment options, and negotiate settlements professionally.

Apply innovative strategies to optimize collection efficiency.

Maintain detailed, organized account records.

Effectively utilize email and text communication features.

Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of collections practices and procedures.

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly collection goals.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities.

Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Excellent phone etiquette.
