    Requirements:

    Fluent in English

    Proficient reading and writing skills

    Computer skills

    Proficency in math and money handling (ranging from mental math to basic calculator skills)

    Consistency within schedule availability (with major changes being communicated with 2 wk notice)

    Special Skills:

    Strong customer service skills

    Responsibilities:

    Membership Sales

    Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club

    Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures

    Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in

    Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner

    Communicate special events to members and guests

    Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome

    Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager

    Maintain professional disposition at all times

    Sell retail products

    Schedule member services: tanning, CrunchOne Kick-offs, etc

    Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures

    Know club facility, services, and schedules

    Conduct club tours with prospective members and communicate membership benefits

    Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Assist in all projects as delegated by club management

    Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook

    Opening and closing duties

    Basic Shift/Scheduling Info:

    Seeking quality candidates for a variety of morning, day, and night positions

    Special emphasis is currently on early morning/late night and weekend shifts

    Shifts typically range from 3-8 hours, with a weekly maximum of 35 hours

    Over-all scheduling will be determined by availability, experience, and demonstration of skills.

    MEETINS: Occasional corporate, online training, or team meetings may be required to keep the team equipped for day-to-day tasks
