Job Summary We are adding skilled craftsmen who love to create and exceed customer expectations. We create the most amazing decorative concrete designs and highest quality concrete repairs, and are adding additional team members who want to grow with us and are driven to help us be better every day!

Responsibilities

Work as a team or individually to install decorative concrete overlays, coatings, polishes, or concrete repair solutions.

Follow defined processes and techniques to achieve superior results.

Be creative in generating customer solutions, quality improvements, and best practices.

Use the power and hand tooling such as trowels, concrete stamps, grinders, pressure washers, general power tools, etc.

Continued skill development and growth from on-the-job and other training.

Work in teams or individually in customer homes and businesses

Qualifications

Eager to learn and develop skillsets

Pass a background check, have a good driving record, and use a personal vehicle for transport to/from the shop location

Self-driven and a team player

Detailed oriented (attention to detail)

Professional and prompt

Great work ethic and attitude

This position is full-time with a big potential for advancement, the company is growing. We are based in Davie and cover a large portion of Broward and Palm Beach County.
