In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to ensure they have the best possible experience while also supporting our team in delivering top-tier service.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Customer Support & Retention: Be a trusted resource for our customers, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring they stay satisfied. ✅ Performance & Coaching: Help our team grow by providing feedback and guidance to enhance service interactions. ✅ Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships by checking in, resolving concerns, and making sure customers feel heard. ✅ Collaboration & Strategy: Work alongside sales, support, and leadership teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. ✅ Problem-Solving & Escalation Management: Jump in when needed to smooth out challenges and keep customers happy.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bilingual? That’s a Plus! ✔️ Experience in account management, sales, or customer service is helpful. ✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ✔️ Ability to analyze trends, provide feedback, and support team growth. ✔️ Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking customer interactions. ✔️ Ability to juggle multiple accounts and stay organized.

📅 Monday - Friday ⏰ 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
