    Job Description

    This position is responsible for overseeing dispute management with Home Depot, ensuring timely rebate reporting, and conducting various reconciliations. The role will focus on improving cash flow, minimizing financial risk, maintaining accurate financial records.

    1. Dispute Management: Oversee the management of disputes with Home Depot, ensuring timely entry and thorough tracking of each case. Collaborate closely with home Center team to resolve disputes promptly, while ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
    2. THD Dispute Resolution: Monitor and analyze denied disputes, preparing detailed quarterly reports on resolution status. Drive cash flow improvement and cost reduction initiatives through effective dispute resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    3. Compliance Reporting: Ensure compliance with Home Depot Disputes, reporting on status and resolution to maintain financial accuracy and minimize risk.
    4. Rebate Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and submission of key rebate reports, ensuring all data is accurate, payments are processed promptly.
    5. Accounts Receivable (AR) Analysis Report: Analyze and report on AR balances and aging trends, providing detailed insights into potential collection issues or areas of concern.
    6. Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts between ERP and SAP system to ensure that all transactions have been accurately recorded.
    7. Daily Sales Report: Compile and analyze the Daily Sales Report every evening, identifying key trends and variances.
    8. Adhc reporting and other duties as assign.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance experience
    • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex financial data, develop insights and provide recommendations.
    • High attention to detail: ensuring accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies/errors.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
    • Strong customer focus- Proven excellent customer service skills focused on VIP Customers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Experience with SAP a plus
