Job Description: As a Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue massage, you will play a crucial role in helping clients alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. You will be responsible for delivering tailored massage sessions that address clients’ specific needs, particularly in deep tissue work. This position requires a deep understanding of muscle anatomy, trigger points, and therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional deep tissue massage therapy services to clients

Assess clients' needs and tailor massage sessions accordingly

Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions and progress

Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients

Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and wellness practices

Collaborate with other wellness professionals (e.g., personal trainers) to support client health goals

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service

Keep massage therapy room clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends

Qualifications:

Certified and licensed Massage Therapist

2 years of experience in massage therapy, with a focus on deep tissue work (preferred)

Strong knowledge of human anatomy, muscle function, and therapeutic techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a professional demeanor

Detail-oriented with a commitment to client satisfaction and wellness

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
