Del Monte Village Assisted Living and Memory Care located in Pacific Grove Ca, is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team.

Licensed LVN position with primary duties and responsibilities in resident case management and social work for senior veterans working with VA Veteran Affairs teams and local agencies in areas of housing, mental health, weekly meetings, and mental/physical/emotional assessments. If you have experience as a case manager CM, social worker, or have a desire to learn then we want to hear from you! LVN license is required to be considered for this position

Full time AM - $1000 sign on for full time (60 Day Probationary)

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for working with seniors.
