The Opportunity Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern to join the TD Garden and Boston Bruins team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this paid summer internship, the Digital Marketing Intern will gain experience in reporting, social listening, scheduling social media content, and in conducting digital marketing research.The Digital Marketing Intern  must read, agree to and submit a signed copy of the Internship Agreement contract.Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the marketing, corporate partnerships, and other internal department to ensure digital assets are aligned across all channels.Assist the digital team in end of season, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Plan monthly organic social content for our ecommerce business working in content scheduling tools, as well as the organic platforms of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.Conduct social listening for the Bruins, TD Garden and ProShop using social listening tools such as Khoros, Sprout Social, or Emplifi.Audit Boston Bruins and TD Garden owned assets looking for inconsistencies or outdated information.Research current digital trends and best practices to inform upcoming season strategy.May perform some physical labor as needed.Qualifications Experience with MS Office required, familiarity with social media platforms and reporting tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Khoros, Sprout, Salesforce, or a similar CRM is preferred.Physical Requirements The Digital Marketing Intern must be able to lift at least 25 pounds .Who We Are At Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
