Position: Deli Manager
Location: Ownings Mills, Maryland
Qualifications:
- High School or GED required. (College degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of Management and Leadership experience in the Food Service field.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality: USDA, FDA, SQF, BRC, AIB, HACCP, GMP
- Ability to build and motivate high performing teams in a Customer Service industry.
- Experience in high volume retail Deli: includes planning, organizing and directing operations.
- Oversees Hot/Cold Deli cases and Event Catering of Deli items and sandwiches.
- Ability to be a team player and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
