    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to join our team! As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for the sandwich shop's operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the business's high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful food service operation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the business

    Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

    Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

    Create and maintain a budget

    Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

    Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

    Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous food service management experience

    Familiarity with technology, restaurant management software, and POS software

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Excellent management and leadership skills

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
