JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective

Provide exceptional customer service to our delivery customers. Check all orders for correctness before leaving the restaurant. Deliver all orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Customer service minded, professional employee.

Must be at least 18 years of age and have current auto insurance.

Must have a strong knowledge of the menu.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Must be teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

Assure that all delivery orders are correct before leaving the restaurant.

Deliver all orders in a timely manner and in proper order.

Provide exceptional customer service at all deliveries.

Obey all traffic laws.

Provide help wherever needed when not on a delivery.

PROCEDURES

Make sure you have enough gas before you come to work.

Make sure your car is clean inside and out, remember you are representing ChopChop.

Always have a supply of extra condiments, straws, menus plastic ware etc. in your vehicle at all time.

Ensure that all mechanical items on your car are working (wipers, turn signals, horn etc.)

Have the car topper on your vehicle at all times.

Keep your radio at a moderate level.

Make sure your insurance card is easily accessible.

Always check your orders to make sure they are correct before leaving the restaurant.

Ensure you know the correct route to your delivery.

Drinks with STRAWS are the items most forgotten. MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR DRINKS AND STRAWS.

Always greet your customer when you arrive at the delivery. Remember to SMILE.

Give the customer their order and collect payment. If the customer requires change be sure to count back the change to the customer.

Do not solicit tips.

Always thank the customer for their business.
